Non dimenticare di sognare.

Don’t forget to dream.

E’ difficile restare aggrappati ai propri sogni, ma non si deve mai smettere di credere in essi. Nei momenti più negativi della vita  sono i sogni a darci la forza di affrontare le nostre giornate e sono sempre loro ad aggiungere vivacità nei momenti di positivi. 

Questa card è dedicata ad una persona a me cara che spesso, sconfortata da alcuni eventi negativi  capitati nella sua vita, dimentica i suoi sogni, la sua creatività e quanto sia una persona solare.

Per questa card ho seguito uno degli  sketch di ottobre proposti da Florileges Design, precisamente Le sketch d’Aurélie.

Io ne ho realizzato una versione shaker.
Ho usato i materiali inseriti nel kit di ottobre realizzato per il gruppo Crea il tuo kit con Angela e Giorgia

It’s difficult to hold on to dreams, but one must never stop believing in them. In the most negative moments of life, dreams give us the strength to face our days and they are always the ones who add liveliness to positive moments.

This card is dedicated to a person dear to me who often, discouraged by some negative events happened in his life, forget his dreams, his creativity and how much she is a sunny person.

For this card I followed one of the sketches of October proposed by Florileges Design, precisely Le sketch d'Aurélie. I made a shaker version of it.

I used the materials included in the October kit made for the group Crea il tuo kit con Angela e Giorgia

Ho tagliato un rettangolo dal bazzil liscio di cm 10,5 x 15,5 e l’ho tagliato a metà in diagonale.

Una metà l’ho embossata con la 3d embossing folder di Tim Holtz, quella legname.

Poi con le dita ho passato la mousse Nuvo Mother of pearl sulle venature.

L’altra metà l’ho timbrata con un timbro testo e poi ho fatto cadere delle gocce di distress oxide.

La cornice centrale l’ho timbrata sia su cartoncino bianco sia su un foglio pattern arancione che ho tagliato a metà ed incollato alla cornice bianca.

Ho tagliato una striscia di circa 1 cm dalla carta pattern arancione che ho posizionato sopra la parte timbrata e ho assemblato la card incollando le tre parti su un bazzil grigio scuro.

Ho infine timbrato alcuni sentiments sul cartoncino bianco e fatto alcune fustellate.

Il timbro al centro “n’oublie pas de rêver” è appunto non dimenticare di sognare.

Tutti i timbri  utilizzati sono Florileges design tranne i cuori che sono de Les Ateliers de Karine. Le fustelle sono Simply Graphic.

I cut a rectangle from the smooth bazzil of 10.5 x 15.5 cm and I cut it in half diagonally.

Half I embossed it with Lumber Tim Holtz's 3d embossing folder.

Then with my fingers I passed the Nuvo Mother of pearl mousse on the veins.

The other half I stamped it with a text stamp and then I dropped some drops of oxide distress.

The central frame I stamped on both white cardboard and an orange pattern sheet that I cut in half and glued to the white frame.

I cut a strip of about 1 cm from the orange pattern paper that I placed over the stamped part and I assembled the card gluing the three parts on a dark gray bazzil.

I finally stamped some sentiments on the white card and made some die cuts.

The stamp at the center "n'oublie pas de rêver" is precisely don’t to forget to dream.

All the timbres used are Florileges design except the hearts that are de Les Ateliers de Karine
